In this 2 hour class, Gina rolls out her mat and practices along side of you so there is less instruction and more practice. We investigate more challenging poses & transitions. Students are encouraged to be comfortable with handstand at the wall and full wheel unassisted, but all that is required is an open mind and willingness to have fun!

This time with co-teachers Lily Cavanaugh and Melinda Erickson. As guests teachers with US non -profit Lemonade International and Guatemalan non-profit Vidas Plenas, these three yogis will strengthen a community within communities through the transformative gifts of Yoga, Acro Yoga, Creative Movement and Capoiera!
