Public and Private Instruction
Gina is celebrated for her light-hearted, authentic and supportive approach woven within a powerful alignment packed yoga practice. Gina weekly teaches raw beginners to intermediate/advanced practitioners in public classes, workshops and privately. Gina has helped clients dealing with Fibromyalgia, disc herniation/back pain, arthritis, sciatica, scoliosis, ACL reconstruction, carpel-tunnel syndrome and muscle/joint strain as a means to move away from pain and into strength.
Private lessons are great for any student who wishes a tailored practice that zeros in on alignment, therapeutic needs, progression and/or goals setting. Gina tailors your practice combining any of the the following modalities required:
Build a safe, strong and relaxing yoga practice. Develop the understanding and confidence to practice safely on your own or progress towards a class setting.
THERAPEUTICS/RELAX & RESTORE
Integration of Anusara Yoga therapeutics and restorative yoga. Use of props, breathing practices, hands-on therapeutics and Thai massage techniques.
Inversions and arm balances, deeper back bends and hip openers. Develop stamina, speed and clear transitions.
Strengthen and align your body to create ease and confidence into the miraculous journey of motherhood.
