YOGA 101
Slower-paced, information packed class with emphasis on safety, learning poses, modifications and proper alignment in practice. This open class follows an 8 week-ongoing syllabus steaming from the chakra system. The syllabus builds from week to week and is a great for all students interested in enhancing their practice.
