To the community of sponsors who are my friends, students, family and even those I have never met, I hold deep gratitude for your continued support of my efforts in La Limonada.  My annual presence there is a lasting relationship that has been fostered since 2007.  The successful of the yoga classes for the community were so well received that each visit reinforces my desire to continue to serve this community.

Your support helps to provide children and the community of La Limonada

•    recognition & inter-connectedness
•    physical and mental ease & relief
•    calming breathing techniques
•    strength building yoga practices
•    relaxation through guided imagery
•    community building within classes
•    promotional networking to build awareness of the communities need
•    local fundraising for Guatemalan NGO ‘VIDAS PLENAS’
